where i'm not really doing anything...no cty, no ohs, no GATE, the cruise in july but that's so far away...
and in a way, it's nice, because i can just kick back and relax and not worry about anything so much; i can read read read read read and play piano and watch dramas and basically do everything that i put off for studying during the school year. but it's weird because it also seems like everyone is doing something. internships, jobs, classes, volunteer work. it kind of makes me feel useless by comparison...like i should be doing as well. i guess it's okay. i'll find a way to do something useful. i hope.
ACHOO. i just forgot what i was about to say....OH! i finished how to read literature... it was alright. kind of interesting how he thinks that every story is just a different take on the big picture, whatever that may be. wish he would name-drop a bigger variety of stories, though. :/
tiff's party was fun! i have a vague idea of how to play mahjong now lolll. didn't go into the bouncehouse...but that's okay!
wow i'm on like, a public entry roll. i guess summer vacation makes me less secretive, too. HAH.

i have....5-6 questions left on ch 51 bio but it's nearly bedtime. didn't get to physb. D:
BUT I DID BAKE LIKE A ZILLION COOKIES. ^__^ and maybe more tomorrow oh man
i'm so excited. this weekend is going to be full. of. win. but ahhh my summer hw won't finish itself and stanford is coming closer. and i still have to finish pushing daisies and watch kurosagi and the office (uk)! ahhh! XD well i don't haaave to but i really want to. and today i watched mythbusters marathon. :D :D :D kari's so pretty. haha and jamie's mustache is so walrusy. best part was when they brought a ship to the surface with pingpong balls and tried to lift a little girl with ~3000 balloons. i have a thing with floating, i guess.

oh and just in case anyone's interested, the recipe for the cookies i keep baking:
poop cookies (aka super-easy cream cheese cookies)
ingredients
1 egg
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
1 box cake mix (any flavor will suffice :D)
8 oz (1 pkg) cream cheese
1/2 stick butter, softened
powdered sugar
what to do
1. if you're getting the butter out of the fridge, nuke it for ~15 seconds.
2. mix the butter and cream cheese until it's actually mixed. hahah
3. add the egg and vanilla extract. mix until homogenous? XP. maybe slightly lumpy is ok.
4. add the cake mix. do this slowly, it gets difficult as you go along. the cake mix is the part where you get to make awesome flavors! like lemon cake (or yellow cake + lemon juice/extract), strawberry cake, devil's food, "funfetti", man i've tried so many types of chocolate XD. devil's food is the best so far.
5. chill in the freezer for ~30m-1hr.
6. preheat oven to 375 degrees f.
7. roll cookies into 1/2 tsp size balls, roll in powdered sugar.
8. place on UNGREASED cookie sheet (trust me, there's enough butter/fat in the mix already ;D)
9. bake for 8-10 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
10. remove from baking sheet while they're still warm.
